Sheri moved to Spring Valley Village 5 years ago. She is a mom of three girls and wife to Dr Billy. While they keep her extra busy, Sheri loves to volunteer. Currently she is a Girl Scout leader, GAP leader, serves on the PTA board, loves brightening spirits through Dec My Room and supports The Children’s Institute by serving on their board.
Vice President and Treasurer
Allison has lived in Spring Valley since 2013 and has been a member of SVMC since 2015. She is currently serving on the Board as Treasurer and Vice President and is also a Dec My Room volunteer. Allison and her husband, Kit, have a five year old and a three year old who keep them on their toes.
Reena was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications and Business. After completing her undergraduate degree, Reena started her career at Accenture a Global Consulting Firm and later continued her career at Chevron in Upstream Oil and Gas. Recently, she transitioned her career into Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Reena is married and has 1 son, who is 13 months old. She enjoys traveling, cooking, working out, and trying new restaurants in Houston!
Social Media and Communications
Monal is a newer Spring Valley mom who has been in Houston since she was 3. Monal has her MBA and MHA, and works full time as a Director of Operations at a pediatric shot clinic for high risk infants. She loves to work out, organize family events, and try new restaurants with her 2 kids and husband Sunil. She loves living in the family friendly environment Spring Valley provides, as well as its close proximity to the city to really enjoy all Houston has to offer!
Natalie is a new Spring Valley mom who is from Green Bay, WI. She is a wife and mother of one to an amazing baby girl and dog mom. Natalie has a B.S in Communication and works in Oil & Gas as a Brand Manager. Her and her husband Jim truly enjoy living in Spring Valley and love finding local spots to dine. Most importantly, she loves being a mom to her daughter.
Ana is a wife to Brian and mama to three girls. When she can grab a pinch of free time she enjoys working out, listening to podcasts, good eats and live music.She is passionate about Young Life and was on staff in the Heights area before becoming a mama.
Vy Hopkins and her husband Jim moved to Spring Valley in 2017 looking for a great area to raise their two daughters, and they found it! A graduate of Rice University, she spent almost 20 years working in IT/Oil & Gas but now focuses her time on her family and her event design & decorating business, Vyva Event Design. Always happy to throw a fun party and to meet new people, she is loving the opportunity to be one of the SVMC adult socials coordinators!
Rachel a mother of 4 very busy boys has lived in Spring Valley since 2013. Rachel works part time as a Landscape Architect mostly doing Master Planned Communities and Park layouts for developers. She spends her evenings running her kids around and doing lots of homework. Joining the board last year has opened up her knowledge of surrounding areas within the community, she has enjoyed getting to know several new families and looks forward to meeting more women in the area.
Jennifer and her husband Will moved to Spring Valley in 2011. She’s currently a stay at home mom to her two young daughters who keep her busy with their school and extra curricular activities. She's been in the mom's club for 6 years and enjoys organizing Kid Social events for the group as well as volunteering with Dec My Room!
Paige grew up in Spring Valley and moved back with her husband, Chris, in 2010. She is a full time mommy to Doak, Mabry and Charleston. She joined the mom’s club in 2013, shortly after her oldest was born and met one of her closest friends in this group! Paige loves a good workout, cup of coffee or glass of wine, and taking photos. She works part time as a photographer where her passion is to capture life's moments for her clients.
Lindsey has lived in Spring Valley for two years and joined the SVMC in 2019. Lindsey grew up outside of Houston and returned after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Child Development and spending a year living and working in Hawaii at the local children's hospital. Lindsey has an MA in Counseling Psychology from Houston Baptist University and before she resigned from her position in 2019 to stay at home with her new baby, she worked as a Child Life Specialist at Shriners Hospitals for Children for 8 years. Philanthropy, community and giving back are foundational values in her life and she looks forward to serving her Spring Valley community with you! You can find Lindsey teaching yoga and fitness classes in the Houston area, spending time with her family and friends, soaking up all the local activities, and making time to see the world.
